PEAR + CHOCOLATE PROTEIN WAFFLES

PPS: If you don’t eat eggs, you can substitute 2x “flax eggs”:
For 2x Flax “eggs”:
2 tbs: ground flaxseed
5 tbs: water
Add flaxseed meal and water to a bowl.
Stir with a fork for 30 seconds, or until fully combined.
Let rest in fridge until thickened (about 10 minutes)
Chill until ready to use.
Enjoy!
