This Newsletter serves as a GENERAL GUIDELINE for all things exercise/nutrition within my scope of practice; which is in training and coaching, NOT diagnosis, treatment, or substitutions for therapy (physical, mental, nutrition therapy, and medical).

A quick note about FREE vs PAID subscriptions:

FREE: Every week, FREE subscribers will receive a mindset, workout, OR food (recipe/nutrition) post. This post will go live on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
Your topics will alternate.

For Example:
Week 1: Monday Movement
Week 2: Wednesday Mindset
Week 3: Friday Foods
Rinse and Repeat.

PAID:
Every week, PAID subscribers will receive 3 posts:
Week 1: Monday Movement
Week 2: Wednesday Mindset
Week 3: Friday Foods

To break it down…
FREE: 1 post per week (topics vary per week, then repeat same cycle based on when you subscribed.)
PAID: 3 posts per week (*same topics as above) for 5 dollars a month
*some PAID posts will have prompts for subscribers to ask general questions for personal advice. While I can’t “coach” you this way, I can offer some general starting points and guidelines.
